★ For payments ② and ③, please send them in a lump sum to the bank account of Narashino Language School at the time of issuing the Certificate of Eligibility.
* Partial delivery is not possible.

★"Expenses" includes extracurricular activity expenses such as training trips <one night and two days>, educational materials expenses, and health care expenses.

★Since you are enrolled in “International Student Insurance”, you will be fully compensated for illness and injury treatment expenses (when using National Health Insurance), and you can have examination in the hospital with free of charge.

★ Dormitory Fee about a double room.
25.000 Japanese Yen / month ×　12 months = 300.000 Japanese Yen

★ School payment is refundable according to the regulation of Guidelines of Acceptance of Students by Japanese Language Institute.

「Scholarship」

○Scholarship from Narashino Institute of Foreign Language

The students who are admitted to improve their score remarkably in school will be afforded scholarship at the time of graduation from Narashino Institute of Foreign Languages.
( 10.000 Japanese yen – 30.000 Japanese yen maximum )

○Honor Scholarship provided from Japanese Government

Japanese Government provides Honor Scholarship to the students whose score and attendance rate, both of are excellent.
( 30.000 Japanese yen per month, 360.000 for a year )

○Scholarship from International Human resource Network Organization Foundation of Public Interest Incorporated Foundation

The student who is selected in school and admitted by the Organization Foundation.
（30.000 Japanese yen per month max. 360.000 Japanese yen per year max.）

Paid school payment is refunded according to the school regulation of Narashino Institute of Foreign Languages and the regulation of Guidelines of Acceptance of Students by Japanese Language Institute (Set out by sustain members’ conference of Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education) below.But remittance fee about refund is paid by the students.

【Entrance Examination fee】

Entrance Examination fee(Selection fee) shall not be refundable for whatever the reason.

【Tuition Fee(entrance fee, academic fee, facility expenses, miscellaneous expense and International student insurance) and dormitory fee(dormitory entrance fee & dormitory fee)】

1. In case Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status is not issued Tuition Fee and Dormitory Fee are refundable.

2. In case Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status is issued, but not applied for a visa, not enter to Japan. Tuition Fee and Dormitory Fee except entrance fee are refundable.
（Needed to return Certificate of Admission and Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status.）

3. In case not issued a visa by diplomatic establishments abroad and be impossible to enter Japan. Tuition Fee and Dormitory Fee except entrance fee are refundable.
(Needed to return Certificate of Admission and Confirmation of non-issuance of visa.)

4. In case of issued visa, declined admission before enter Japan. Tuition Fee and Dormitory Fee except entrance fee are refundable.
(Needed to return Certificate of Admission and confirmation about visa is unused and expired.)

5. In case issued visa and entered Japan, but non-enrollment. Tuition Fee and Dormitory Fee except entrance fee are not refundable.

6. In case the student had a visa, entered Japan and enrolled school, but dropped out school.
（1）Tuition Fee and Dormitory Fee except entrance fee for 6 months after enrollment are not refundable.
（2）In case of dropout within 6 months after enrollment, all payment except Tuition Fee and Dormitory Fee for 6 months are refundable.
（3）In case of a student after 6 months have passed from enrollment, facility expenses, miscellaneous expense and International student insurance are not refundable. Tuition Fee and Dormitory Fee are refundable for amount of not to start school semester (unit of 3 months) at the time of submission of an application for withdrawal from school.
（4）The time of refund about school payment for a dropout student is determined by confirmation of returning homeland or advancing to school in Japan or acquiring another kind of Eligibility except studying abroad.

7. In case the student with a visa issued, entrance to Japan and enrollment to school is expelled from school, is not refundable about Tuition Fee and Dormitory Fee.
